Martina Urbin – company founder

Born in Cologne on 1 February 1969, my school and college training qualified me to work as a data processing clerk, office clerk, and marketing specialist.

After several years working as a sales assistant and then a sales representative for medium-sized companies in the IT sector, I took the plunge and moved to the south of France – to Saint Raphael on the Côte d’ Azur – in 2009.

Initially working in housekeeping and home services, I soon established a sound customer base. As the demand for property rentals and sales increased, I registered as a licenced estate agent at the CCI in Toulon.

Riviera HomeLife Management had taken off!

90 % of my clients come from German-speaking countries. To enable them as well as other native speakers to exchange ideas with each other, I also organise get-togethers in Saint Raphael.

I still live in Saint Raphael with my husband, the painter Philippe Urbin, and my cats and a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea.
